I select resources that encourage hands on learning, active play, are safe, fun and wherever possible are natural materials.  I carefully plan for the use of resources to encourage fine and gross motor development and that provide opporunity for growth in all domains.  Both the outdoor and indoor environments themselves are incredible resources and I ensure I utilise these to inspire learning with their atmosphere and design.
