7.2 Comply with legislative, administrative and organisational requirements

Understand the relevant legislative, administrative and organisational policies and processes required for teachers according to school stage.

I have a sound knowledge of the Mandatory Reporting legislation in Western Australia that requires teachers to report concerns of child sexual abuse to the Department of Communities – Child Protection and Family Support

I have been to several Mandatory Reporting Training sessions and have completed the 2020 Annual Child Protection Procedures.

I have also benn trained to use the madated "Kepping Safe: Child Protection Curriculum" and have implemented it in both a Year 5 and Pre Primary Classroom.
